Miracles Gala – One Night “Masquerade”

The 14th Annual Miracles Gala, themed "Masquerade," is around the corner and we'd love to have you to join us for a fun-filled and meaningful evening! Parade on over to the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach at 6pm to experience a memorable evening.
The evening, Presented by Vistakon, will include cocktail hour, seated dinner, live and silent auctions, a special Fund A Cure segment and entertainment!
Proceeds from the 2014 Miracles Gala will support the next milestone in diabetes research. As JDRF is dedicated to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications, we hope to count on you for your help in taking us a step closer to the cure.

About our Honoree:
Richard (Rick) Cox serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Tax Officer for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. where he is responsible for all corporate tax and compliance functions and performs due diligence and tax structuring for Fidelity’s mergers and acquisitions group. Since moving to Jacksonville in 2000, Rick has engaged himself in our community by serving others through involvement with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors; Angel Mission, a non-profit that assists families in need with distressed children where Rick serves as Chairman and President; the American Heart Association where Rick recently served as Chairman for the Annual Heart Ball that generated $500,000 to help fight heart disease and strokes; in 2011 Rick served as a Chair for the Operations and Infrastructure Transition Committee for Mayor Alvin Brown and now, Rick is contributing his time and talent to help JDRF in our efforts to improve lives and cure Type 1 Diabetes.
